Wet & Wild Mega Last Lip Color

These are an outstanding drugstore lipstick choice.  Actually, they are even cheaper than most drugstore lipsticks.  Honestly, I’m a little shocked how much I like them.  If you look in my purse I have a Tom Ford lipstick, a Mac lipstick, and 2 of these.  This is one time where the phrase “you get what you pay for” doesn’t work.

Here is the quote from their website: Lips take center stage! This 4-hour, longwearing lip color leaves a semi-matte, crème finish in one stroke. Glides on easily with rich, velvety color that doesn’t cake, feather, or bleed. Made with hydrating skin-care ingredients: Hyaluronic Microspheres provide extraordinary adhesion to lips, an exclusive polymer complex offers cushion-like feel and texture, and natural marine plant extracts Coenzyme Q10 and Vitamins A & E help smooth lips.

There is a full range of colors.  A total of 26 shades are available.  These can be bought in most drugstores, Target, Walmart, etc…  The price is $2.99 but there are often sales.  I have purchased one of these as inexpensive as $.70.  They feel pretty moist when I put them on and  I do think they last at least 4 hours of normal wear on me.  Then the bright colors slightly stain the lip for hours longer.  I can’t smell them at all.  Not a nice scent and not a bad scent.  Absolutely, no scent.

If you watched the Bachelor 2015 you would have seen a LOT of Wet and Wild Megalast Lipstick.  There was a girl named Britt Nilsson.  I’m really not a fan of her, but her lips…  Those lips made me search everywhere to find out what it was.  This lipstick is her holy grail.  The price makes these lipsticks a great way to experiment with colors.  Try something you like but aren’t comfortable with…yet. So grab a red, a dark plum or a nude lip and see what you think.
