Water a beauty must!

I can tell a huge difference in my skin when I’m drinking the right amount of water.  I really try and think about drinking more water, but often I don’t hit that daily recommended amount.  I used to touch faces of others daily. If a client’s skin wasn’t in its best condition I would talk to them about their water intake.  Often the clients water intake was low or non-existent.  When they corrected the amount of water they were drinking we would see a difference in how the skin looked and felt.  It was always so rewarding to see.  But many days I just don’t hit my personal daily water intake.

Well, I saw this company on Kickstarter, called Hidrate.  They make a water bottle with a sensor that tracks your water consumption.   It sends information to the Hidrate app on your phone and glows when it’s time to drink more water. Here is what Hidrate writes about this bottle:

Our hydration equation recommends
a daily water goal customized to you.

The HidrateMe app tracks your progress, sends notifications if you forget to drink, and displays your hydration history.

It will be available in December.

That got me thinking. What other bottles are out there that could help with water intake?

Here’s one that could be bought now.  It is $29.99 and hasHydracoach very similar benefits.  It called Hydracoach.  Here is what the company writes about this bottle:  The HydraCoach is the worlds first Interactive Water Bottle. It calculates your personal hydration needs, tracks your real-time fluid consumption, paces you throughout the day and motivates you to achieve and maintain optimal hydration. Our Doctors, Nutritionists and Fitness Trainers all recommend that we drink more water yet there has never been a device to help individuals adhere to the expert’s recommendations. The HydraCoach is the only product of its kind and a breakthrough in personal hydration monitoring.  Available HERE
