Bioderma Sensibio H2O–Micellar Water

A cleansing and make-up removing water that respects the fragility of sensitive skin - Sensibio BIODERMA

I have been wanting to try Bioderma Sensibio H2O for a long time.  Recently, I was in Spain and I walked into a pharmacy and saw a huge section of Bioderma.  So I picked up a small one to try.  That night I used it and it immediately removed my makeup.  No tugging, no pulling, no rubbing, no scrubbing.  AND I wear long lasting full coverage foundation and TONS of mascara.  Needless to say, I went back the next day to buy more.

WHAT IS MICELLAR WATER??

Micellar water takes its name from micelles, tiny round balls of cleansing molecules that float in the water. When you apply the product to your skin, the cleansing agents come into contact with oil and dirt on your face, allowing them to be swept away quickly and efficiently.

Micellar cleansing water uses very gentle but effective cleansing agents. There is no tingling or tightening effect, and it’s powerful enough to remove eye makeup, so there is no need for a separate makeup remover.

HOW DO YOU USE IT?

Morning and/or evening – 7 days a week

  • Soak a cotton pad with Sensibio H2O.
  • Gently cleanse and/or remove make-up from your face and eyes.
  • Re-apply until the cotton pad becomes clean.
  • Lightly dab your face with a clean cotton towel.

There are lots of brands with Micellar Water, they are pretty easy to find.  I wanted to get the Bioderma because of its huge cult following.   They sell 1 every 3 seconds.  I love it and I’m so glad I found one.

  1. Love that you reviewed the Bioderma Micellar Water! I’ve heard nothing but amazing things about that product. If you’re interested in branching out, I just reviewed Simple’s Micellar Water here: Checkout the 2016 Salsa bikes. These bikes ride awesome and are perfect for whatever adventure you choose.
