For about 9 months, I have toyed with the idea of a foot peeling mask. I have possibly read every review about these miraculous masks that result in baby soft skin.
I guess we should start with my foot background. I have had dry, and cracking foot issues as long as I can remember. I have tried every solution that I’ve heard of. Neosporin, Vaseline, nightly lotion, foot files, metal foot files, etc I still to this day have dry cracking feet. I use some Asian skincare for my face so I am aware of these “magic foot masks.” I’ve read that in a week’s time skin on the feet peels in one piece. Then, baby soft skin is revealed under the dead skin that peels away. This sounds to good to be true. It also sounds a bit frightening.
After almost a year of considering buying a foot mask, I finally made the purchase. Then comes the wait. It takes normally 4 weeks for my purchases to get to me from Asia. I finally received my mask. I thought I would show my hubs my new purchase. His response, ” I thought you decided not to get that.” Obviously, we have discussed this purchase before. I told him I think I’m ready to try it. His response, “Let’s talk about this. What do we have planned.” So funny. He thinks we need to plan what week I’m doing my foot mask.
Inside the package are a pair of plastic booties. Inside the plastic booties are thin cloth booties. There is also a pair of foot shaped packets. These packets contain a liquid that is poured into the booties. There is also a packet of foot cream.
